Karen Johnston

Hello, I’m privileged to be part of the Inclusive Support Service Team, holding the Quality and Compliance Coordinator role.
I hold qualifications in Education, Community Services, Business & Administration and Training. I have worked in Community Service and Education for around 15 years, both in hands on as well as managerial support roles with a focus on quality and compliance . It is such an honor to have cared, supported and empowered many precious children and clients, whilst working in collaboration with their families and other stakeholders.
I’m happily married with 2 gorgeous daughters. My youngest daughter lives life so bravely with a physical disability and many other comorbidities. She amazes me with her strength, happy disposition and resilience every day.
In my spare time I love spending time with family and friends, arts and crafts, markets, driving and exploring places of interests or even just being at home on our hobby farm.
