At Inclusive Support Service, our purpose is defined both by our new logo and also by our statement of our vision, values and mission.

At Inclusive Support Service we really ‘use our heads’ in a variety of ways, whether it’s to help you navigate tricky paperwork, create care plans or to come up with engaging new and innovative ideas for our participants, many heads are better than one (well, thats what we like to think).

It’s no secret and we’re very proud to wear our hearts on our sleeves and say “people are at the heart of everything we do”. Passion, empathy and heartfelt connections lie at the very core of Inclusive Support Service underpinning and driving our operations.

We take a very hands on approach to improving our participants lives by rolling up our sleeves and becoming actively involved in a variety of ways.
Often becoming fast friends and members of our participants extended family we will be there with helping hands at the ready.

Values

Inclusive places all children and adults in our service at the heart of all our values and beliefs.  Inclusive recognises the rights of every individual to participate in society and to be an integral part of the community.  We place a significant value on being open, accountable and transparent in all our dealings both with participants and their families.  Inclusive works to support each individual to be independent by adopting a person centred approach.

Mission

Inclusive Support Services’ mission is to recruit and retain skilled, empathic and interested staff who view their employment as a profession.  To form and engage valued partnerships within the community to enable opportunities for individuals we support.  To remain informed of current events and changes for the sector.  To plan for those events and changes; and to be accountable to all stakeholders.
