Megan Riddle

Megan possesses over 12 years’ experience in the human resources and the training sector in management and consulting roles and holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Human Resources and Industrial Relations. As the People and Culture Coordinator Megan is motivated to build on the existing positive culture of the organization and ensure ISS continued success as a leader in the NDIS field. Megan is responsible for employee relations and will continue to build a culture that promotes growth, productivity, and innovation. Megan is responsible for policies and procedures that improve the employee experience and ensure that as ISS grows it maintains its reputation as employer of choice. Megan will also ensure that ISS continues to recruit employees specifically for our clients thus reinforcing our mission of a client centered focus. In her short time with ISS, Megan’s focus has been on both supporting the team leaders through the performance review & development cycle and focusing on upskilling our team leaders and team members in goal setting, effective team processes and relationships. When not at work you will find Megan spending her weekend’s on the sideline of a rugby field or basketball court cheering on her three teenage sons.
