At Inclusive Support Service, our purpose is defined both by our new logo and also by our statement of our vision, values and mission.
HEADS
At Inclusive Support Service we really ‘use our heads’ in a variety of ways, whether it’s to help you navigate tricky paperwork, create care plans or to come up with engaging new and innovative ideas for our participants, many heads are better than one (well, thats what we like to think).
HEARTS
It’s no secret and we’re very proud to wear our hearts on our sleeves and say “people are at the heart of everything we do”. Passion, empathy and heartfelt connections lie at the very core of Inclusive Support Service underpinning and driving our operations.
HANDS
We take a very hands on approach to improving our participants lives by rolling up our sleeves and becoming actively involved in a variety of ways.
Often becoming fast friends and members of our participants extended family we will be there with helping hands at the ready.
Vision
Our vision is to empower individuals with disabilities to live life on their terms, realising their fullest potential. Grounded in compassion, we are dedicated team players, providing unwavering support and care tailored to each individual’s needs. Through inclusivity, we foster a community where diversity is celebrated, and everyone is valued. Upholding ethical principles, we advocate for the rights and dignity of those we serve, striving to create an environment where every individual, regardless of abilities thrives to live the life of their choice.
