Sandra Trow

Sandra Trow co-founded Inclusive Support Service in 2012, driven by a personal commitment to improving the quality and accessibility of support services for people with disabilities in Queensland. With first-hand insight into the gaps in the system, Sandra saw an opportunity to create a service that truly puts individuals first.
As Company Director, Sandra considers it a privilege to lead a team dedicated to making a meaningful difference in the lives of others. Under her leadership, Inclusive Support Service is committed to delivering high-quality, individualised support that is deeply embedded in the company’s culture and values. The organisation doesn’t settle for the status quo — it actively explores what’s possible, not just what’s expected.
Outside of her professional role, Sandra enjoys travelling, spending time with family and friends, and listening to Irish music.
